I had applied for Labor Substitution/140/485/EAD concurrently on July 2nd. If I understand the process correctly, I would receive 3 different receipt notices and 3 different approvals for LC/140/485?
I have applied in NSC. What is the approximate processing times for approving:
1. Labor Substitution
2. I 140
3. I 485.
Also, will they start processing 485 only after LC and 140 are approved?

What are you drinking, I think it's you who has to watch out. And how rude of you to tell someone else to think before they type, especially the administrator of the site. It looks to me like he did think before he typed all that and it makes perfect sense. ITIN is not meant for work. You cannot substitute ITIN for SSN. As I posted before you can apply for SSN and start working with out waiting for SSN.

Respected Sir,
I feel compelled to say that we the struggling immigrants from India
do not get much help from Americans whose roots are from SouthAsia/India.
There may be few exceptions - but the majority is kind of neutral.
Look at the Latino peoples - check out how much support they gets from Latino-Americans. Without that we can't be on Front page .
I'm not pessismistic but a its a grim reality.
Those southasian americans dont forget to say "I love my India" for various financial/personal gains but never ever mistakes saying "I love indians also"

so what's the problem here.
Just work with your attorney and employer who filed your 140 to send them the info/letter they need with details on which client you worked for and when, etc.
BTW isn't I-485 for a future job ? How does the current work location matter ?

I always enjoyed the Hyatt at Embarcadero Center and would probably stay there......If we are talking sometime in December I would hope we could firm up some dates soon so reservations can be made....Example if we made a date for Sat December 10th weekend I would arrive sometime on the 9th and then leave Tuesday 13th or Monday 12th.
I also may consider a round or two at Peeble Beach/Spanish Bay not to interfere with our weekend, but afterwards.
